Accept your negative feelings and try to find ways to express them

Exercise, let out and cry, rant to a friend, listen to music, etc.

Communicate with others with similar emotions and experiences

Share your feelings and remember you are not alone.

Limit and be cautious of the media you consume

When you are tired from the overload of information, remember to take a break from the outside world and stay with yourself.

Celebrate and keep yourself happy with your own culture

Music, art pieces, etc.
